Food systems that support transitions to healthy and sustainable diets

Abstract

FEAST aims to contribute to sustainable and healthy eating in Europe. To this end, inhibiting and promoting factors for sustainable and healthy eating behaviour are investigated. Innovations and strategies for specific situations are developed and investigated in Living Labs. The effectiveness of the strategies will then be systematically evaluated and prepared for informing different groups of decision-makers (economy, politics, consumption).

The FiBL team is responsible for assessing diets in various European countries in terms of their sustainability and health impacts.
