Facts About Organic Farming

The project aims to present the social, environmental, and economic benefits of organic farming in a scientifically sound, targeted, multimedia format and disseminate information to food system stakeholders. Above all, the project is desiged to strengthen organic farming and promote organic food consumption.

The key activities are:

• Collecting and categorizing existing research findings on the benefits of organic farming
• Selecting relevant organic facts for the target audience and presenting those facts in an effective, innovative, cross-media format
• Disseminating the facts about organic farming throughout the food system via organic producers, processors, restaurants, retailers, associations, and schools
