This project aims to develop olive growing in Switzerland, particularly in the canton of Vaud, where recent plantings show promising potential. In view of climate change, Switzerland could become a new player in this sector. The project includes the selection of varieties best suited to local conditions, the expansion of acreage, and the creation of a complete value chain from production to marketing.
