Abstract

The input list for winemaking includes the requirements of the Organic Farming Ordinance as well as the guidelines of Bio Suisse and Demeter for grape wine, fruit wine and mead. It serves as a recommendation for all organic winegrowers and wineries producing in Switzerland. The list also provides an overview of organically permitted oenological products in various categories, such as yeasts, enzymes, filtration aids and clarifying agents.

The list is updated annually.
