As part of the project, an educational programme is being developed in collaboration with external partners, inviting visitors to explore the latest research on agroecological issues. The focus is on topics such as organic farming, biodiversity, ecosystem services and resilient food systems, as well as the diverse interactions between them.
The educational programme not only conveys research findings but also opens up opportunities for visitors to actively engage with scientific questions. Visitors formulate their own questions, reflect on different perspectives and engage with the conflicting objectives of sustainable agricultural and food systems. A narrative learning approach incorporating elements of storytelling combines scientific findings with authentic research stories. This encourages visitors to develop their own perspectives of meaning.
The stations on the FiBL Campus can be explored independently and combine analogue and digital elements to create an interactive learning experience.
