Bionet Bioacker 2025

Original titleBionet Bioacker 2025
Abstract

The "Bionet Bioacker" educational project supports a network of demonstration farms for organic arable farming. Through close collaboration between practitioners, advisors, and researchers, current national and international research findings, farmers' practical knowledge, and the latest developments in crop production are evaluated for their practical applicability under local conditions. Extensive variety trials are conducted, and current practical challenges are addressed through educational initiatives.
The results of these multi-year transfer trials are made available to a broad agricultural audience through a comprehensive educational and advisory program. In addition, current scientific findings are tailored to specific target groups and integrated into the knowledge transfer process. The educational program includes events, cultivation guides, practical brochures and short videos. The continuous updating and expansion of the website www.bio-net.at further complement these extensive educational offerings.
