The central idea of this project is to promote Hessian agriculture by actively involving guensts of Hessian canteens in the selection of products and quality of those products. This grassroots-based approach is expected to generate greater demand for sustainable products and a greater understanding of price differences. This would offer canteens a greater flexibility in their product selection and facilitate the listing of regional and organic products.
The KüWoHe project comprises phase 1, the conceptual design, and the testing phase. The goal of this phase is to develop the detailed concept. The feasibility of the project will be tested through a SWOT analysis and practical testing. The concept will be optimized if necessary. Phase 1 is followed by the implementation phase (phase 2), a separate project in which the project idea is expanded to include a larger target group.
