Abstract

Baby bananas and cooking bananas are some of the few tropical fruits that are not available in Bio Suisse or Fairtrade quality at Coop. Coop would like to see this situation change and is asking FiBL for help in establishing a supply chain for baby bananas in Bio Suisse quality and vegetable bananas in Fairtrade quality.
