Even in organic farming, controversial inputs are used. For example, plant protection agents containing copper are used in potato, wine and fruit growing to combat fungal diseases. The project "Replacement of Contentious Inputs in Organic Farming Systems" (RELACS) aims to further develop alternatives to these inputs.
