• Build and maintain effective working relationships with researchers in the national offices
• Provide general information for researchers on European funding opportunities and calls for proposals
• Coordinate and assist the researchers with the preparation of submission of proposals and during the realisation of the project
• Work closely with researchers and project partners to ensure all tasks, deliverables and milestones are completed on time and within budget
• Prepare all documentations to meet the reporting requirements of the funding body
• Manage international consortiums and organize project meetings and events
• Present the progress and the outcomes of the research
