The Swiss Forum for International Agricultural Research (SFIAR) offers an annual award for graduates and scientists of a Swiss institution who work in agricultural research for development. FiBL Switzerland has been a member of SFIAR for many years and has received the award several times already.
Applications for the award are possible as of now, the deadline for applications is 3 July 2024. The best PhD project wins CHF 5000 and the best master thesis project CHF 1000. The SFIAR Award may help winners enter development work or receive project funding.
