FiBL uses genetic data in a variety of research projects to determine genotypes, populations of bacteria, fungi or plants. The spectrum ranges from simple 16S or ITS amplicon sequencing to metagenome analyses and the genotypic description of plants at the genome and epigenetic level to the creation of de novo assemblies of entire genome sequences.
Our laboratory has the capabilities and hardware to carry out all work steps from the sample to the finished bioinformatic analysis and to return them to the customers in short time windows.
