The aim of the project is to reduce the use of anthelmintics on cooperating farms, while promoting the animals' performance and health. The decision to deworm, made by the animal keepers, should be based on health or performance indicators and the general appearance of the animals. Furthermore, by leaving a portion of animals untreated, the efficacy of the administered drugs should be preserved.
