The new EU organic regulation No. 2018/848 brings significant changes for all organic operators in third countries who wish to export organic products to the EU or Switzerland from 2025, but especially for smallholder producer groups in developing and emerging countries. In this project, advisors of Fairtrade producer networks in Latin America, Africa and Asia are being trained on the new requirements of the EU organic regulation so that they can better support organic Fairtrade producers to comply with the new rules.
