Agricultural Policy Dialogue Germany – Southeast Europe

Original titleAgrarpolitischer Dialog Deutschland – Südosteuropa
Abstract

The project contributes to improving political and economic relations between the countries of the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia) and Moldova and at the same time supports the EU accession process in the areas of agriculture and rural development. Within the framework of  "Agricultural Policy Dialogue Germany (APD)", specific advisory services are offered in four priority areas of common interest for all seven project countries, including organic farming. The programme also deals with the topics of women and youth in rural areas. A regional advisory expert working group (REAWG) is set up for each of these priority areas, consisting of regional experts, representatives of the ministries for agriculture and rural development, as well as other technical experts from Germany and the region.
