Potted herbs have become a popular product, 80% of which are organically produced at Coop/Jumbo. Due to the takeover of Jumbo, the demand for organic potted herbs has increased further at Coop. In order to meet this demand and ensure the continuous availability of high-quality organic potted herbs from Switzerland and abroad, the Coop contract producers will continue to receive technical support from FiBL in the future.
Project objectives:
The project partner FiBL supports Coop and its suppliers in Switzerland and abroad in cultivation and certification issues and contributes to problem-solving and the fulfilment of quality requirements.
