The Ecological Agriculture and Food Management trainee programme is a one-year training programme consisting of 11 months of on-the-job training in the respective training company and one month of off-the-job training divided into four training modules plus online courses. FiBL Projekte GmbH is responsible for the conception, organisation and implementation of the trainee programme for up to 25 graduates with a degree. For on-the-job training, the trainees are employed by a company or organisation in the organic sector.
