Anbau- und Absatzförderung neuer Dinkelsorten

Streifenversuche mit modernen Dinkelsorten aus der Getreidezüchtung Peter Kunz. Es werden 4 neue Sorten mit den Urdinkelsorten Ostro und Oberkulmer verglichen. Die Erträge und die Qualität werden erhoben. Die Streifenversuche dienen als Grundlage zur empfohlenen Sortenliste Biogetreide und auch als Anschauungsobjekt für Weiterbildung und Flurgänge.
