Edna J. Molina Bacca is our next "Voice on climate". Her research focuses on the resilience of agriculture to climate change. She works at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), which is renowned for its interdisciplinary approach and the development of transformation pathways.

In the interview, Edna J. Molina Bacca discusses, amongst other things, the need for a far-reaching systemic approach to make agriculture more resilient to climate change. She describes what this might look like and what she believes is needed to ensure that scientific findings are translated into agricultural practice more quickly.
