With today's technical possibilities of online meeting platforms, it is an easy and efficient way to make new business contacts or to maintain existing market relationships. This also applies for the international organic market development. FiBL takes up these possibilities and facilitates together with project partners the Online Organic Export Days for the organic export industries from Ukraine, Albania and Serbia.

The Online Organic Export Days 2022 will take place from 22 November to 02 December 2022 within the framework of the programs OT4D (Organic Trade 4 Development in Eastern Europe) and QFTP (Quality FOOD Trade Program in Ukraine). Interested exporters of organic products from Ukraine, Albania and Serbia as well as importers from all over the world can register free of charge and upload their company profiles on the online platform b2match.

Over the whole period, organic exporters and importers will have the opportunity to request business meetings via the platform, e.g., to exchange information on current product offers and requests or any business plans for 2023. The Organic Export Days will be launched with an official online opening on 22 November 2022 from 9:30–13:10 CET.

OT4D – The OT4D program aims to accelerate the uptake of organic farming in Albania, Serbia and Ukraine by engaging in Organic 3.0, a vision to mainstream and position organic systems as part of the solution to solving the challenges faced by our planet and our species. The program, implemented by IFOAM - Organics International, together with HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation and FiBL.

QFTP – The overall goal of the QFTP Program is to increase value added trade from the organic and dairy sectors, both domestic and export markets, by pursuing two objectives: Objective I: to strengthen product quality and safety in the organic and dairy sectors; Objective II: to increase trade capacity in the domestic and export markets with consumer products from the organic and dairy sectors. The program is implemented by FiBL in partnership with SAFOSO AG (Switzerland).

Both programs are funded by Switzerland through the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
