Before the end of this year, Baden-Württemberg intends to commit itself to making the framework conditions for organic farming so attractive that by 2030, a proportion of 30 to 40% of organic land will be available. This development is to be in line with the demand situation, in particular in the domestic sales markets, in order to avoid market distortions and establish stable, preferably regional supply chains.
For this reason, the Ministry of Rural Areas and Consumer Protection (MLR) has commissioned a survey on the production and market potential for the production, processing and marketing of organic agricultural products and food from Baden-Württemberg
