Implementation of a digital, decentralised and participatory network for rural areas. Preparatory feasibility study

The aim of the project is to implement a digital, decentralised and participatory network in (peripheral) rural regions. The initiator of this network shall be the agricultural sector.
This network shall be implemented with the help of sensor or LoRa(WAN) technology. With this technology, rural regions or hard to reach places can be made "accessible".
