Biocontrol of the cherry fruit fly with entomopathogenic nematodes

Abstract

Different strains of entomopathogenic nematodes were tested in laboratory and field trials against larvae of Rhagoletis cerasi Loew (Diptera: Tephritidae) shortly before pupation. No strain was efficient enough to provide reliable control under field conditions.
