The goal of the project is to develop a catalogue with concrete proposals for measures for the PDR 2021-2027. The proposed measures should show how the different instruments of the CAP (1st pillar conditionality, Eco Schemes; 2nd pillar AUKM etc.) can be used, in particular to contribute to an improved protection of biodiversity and other environmental goods in Luxembourg. This catalogue of measures is intended to support the L'Observatoire de l'environnement naturel to actively participate in the discussion on the design of PDR 2021-2027.
