Quality assurance of organic production and processing

Organic products can only be as “pure” as the environment in which they were produced. It is therefore possible that pesticide residues or genetically modified organisms may also be traceable in organic products.

  • Quality assurance for organic products.
  • Establishment, expansion and management of residue database (pesticides, GMO, mycotoxins).
  • Preparation of expert reports on cases in which residues where found (misuse – yes or no; follow-up measures).
  • Projects on the safeguarding of traceability.
  • Course: Pesticide residues on organic produce- sampling, assessment and interpretation (Course details)
  • Information platform for producers, processors, label organizations, authorities, trade, consumers.
  • Beneficials in storage

Completed Projects
