August 28-31, 2000: 13th International Scientific IFOAM Conference ‚The World Grows Organic’
About
In 2000, the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL hosted the Title: 13th International IFOAM Scientific Conference, entitled „The World Grows Organic“. More than 1500 visitors attended the conference.
The conference proceedings document with more than 700 papers the status of organic farming and organic farming research. The conference proceedings are available from FiBL.
Prior to the IFOAM Conference the 6th Internationale Congress on Organic Viticulture and the second seminar on „Organics in the Supermarket“ took place. After the IFOAM Conference the 1st seminar on organic food processing was held.
