- head of the International Cooperation Division and member of the board of directors (since 1998)
- head of the FiBL Extension Service (1994 - 1998)
- project management, feasibility studies, conversion planning, training and consulting, commercial assessment and market surveys, farm inspections, documentation;
- editor of the journal «bio aktuell» 1993 -1998.
