Second World Conference on Organic Beekeeping

Location: San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico
The Second World Conference on Organic Beekeeping will be held in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, from 19 to 25 March 2012.
The aim of this event is to exchange field and scientific experiences on organic beekeeping. Papers can be submitted by January 31, 2012.
FiBL is one of the organizers of the conference , which is convened by an international interdisciplinary team, includuding two local organic beekeeping organizations (Maya Vinic and Mieles del Sur), two research institutions (FiBL and El Colegio de la Frontera Sur), an international association for organic agriculture (Naturland), two organic inspection and certification agencies (IMOLA and Certimex) and a beekeeping consultancy office (DECA).
